Chris Troxel has been with Northtown for over 14 years now. He has 3 beautiful daughters, 17, 15 and 4. He enjoys watching sports, playing basketball and lifting weights. He also spends a lot of time outside enjoying the Buffalo weather. Chris. By now you are aware that your service department never completed their work on my Mini. They did not do the oil and filter change or complete the rear brake job correctly (did not put the sensor in). Car given back to me as done. Down 2 quarts of oil and no sensor put in rear brakes. Also severely rusted flex pipe on exhaust pipe. This should have been caught in their pre-sale inspection. So I am very unhappy about their service dept.
The evidence of good service is based on the fact that we have purchased four Subarus from Chris and my three sons have each purchased one or more subaru from Chris. I was very impressed with the knowledge and patience of Kyle who explained all the features of our new car.
I have purchased two cars through Chris and I will not work with anyone else. He has always made me comfortable in a process that I have an anathema to. His quiet no nonsense approach to making sure that I have purchased the correct vehicle is a pleasure.

We have purchased at least five Subarus from Chris and would not work with anyone else. He has always made sure we got the right car for us, and he makes the process a pleasure rather than an ordeal. He has also always been there for us after the purchase, contacting use frequently in case we need any assistance or follow up. My issue is with service brought car in 3 times because remote starter does not work all the time less than %50
They refuse to replace remote starter Now I'm stuck with a cold car .
We apologize for this negative experience and we will be looking into this.
