I leased a Volvo through Northtown about four years ago, and I came back to lease my 4 RUNNER through you guys as well. Part of my reasoning was because of how good the customer service always was. With that said, the last experience with Matthew Vetter was by far the BEST experience I've had not just with Northtown but possibly anywhere. I pulled my vehicle into the shop at 7:30 am and was immediately greeted by Matt who was professional yet also very genuine and real. Coming from a big company in Buffalo where I help to oversee about 100 salespeople and also 15 or so Supervisors, we set a very high bar for what we expect from our employees. The two interactions with Matt were perfect in every single way in terms of how an employee should exhibit the standards and values of their company. I'm not the type of person who usually takes time to write reviews neither positive nor negative, but my visit yesterday 100% warranted the time. It's interactions with employees like this that make customers want to keep coming back. Obviously prices help too, but I would have no problem paying a little bit more for my next vehicle knowing that this is the customer service I will receive. Thank you!
