Cory was extremely patient and accommodating throughout my purchase journey. It was 3 days of excellent communication starting with Gabe and Justin, resulting in 3 days of meeting with Cory. It was a purchase of necessity, not of pleasure, and he met me at my level of comfort in every sit-down to listen to my concerns and help overcome any unease. I have a lot of experience in sales and customer service. I am fully aware that he was vested in closing - because it is his job to sell, but he also was very compassionate and made the experience very comfortable. He worked hard for my business and definitely earned a referral. I will be contacting him for another household vehicle later this year too! I left the lot today with no regrets. I am fully comfortable with my purchase and very grateful that Cory got my appointment and was my partner in this decision... such a burden off my shoulders. Thank you so very much!
