I recently brought in my 2013 Chrysler 200 for service due to a recall. I was very pleased with the professionalism of Service Advisor Dave Fruscione. He went above and beyond to make make an additional key to my car, even though it was almost closing time. I would highly recommend him any service appointments.

I've been to this location many times for a wide range of services with mixed reviews, but today was the worst visit by far. Arrive 10 minutes early for my appointment, and of 3 service desk clerks, only 1 is helping a customer. The other 2 clerks sat at their desks and observed the 3rd staff struggle with finishing his first customer and finding paperwork for me. 10 minutes AFTER my appointmet, I finally receive service. 20 minute wait for a simple oil change because people refuse to help each other, because it's not in their pile, in the interest of the customer. Disappointed with decline in customer service. Will never return.

I have always had good experiences but this time I was disappointed that my car went 2 hours over the time we agreed it should be done and no one even called to let me know. My oil light came on 2 days after bc tech didn't reset it with the service.
