I came in on Monday, July 2, 2018 for a car inspection. I arrived, and they didn’t have me down for an appointment that day. Instead they had me down for an appointment on July 18. When I originally called to make the appointment the call center staff notified me that I already had an appointment on July 18, which I never made. She was supposed to change it to July 2. Clearly, she did not. The customer service staff at the location was not that helpful and couldn’t accommodate me. They basically said that they can’t guarantee that I will be seen today. I was off of work and that is why I had made the appointment. It was simply an inspection for a 2015 Honda that is well maintained, it shouldn’t have taken long. I ended up making an appointment with your competitor who took me right away and only took 25 minutes to complete the inspection. I am also unhappy at the clear price difference between Ziegler Honda and now Northtown Honda. I had recently been there (about a month ago) for routine service work and spent way too much money on basic services (alignment; oil change; rotation and more). This transition doesn’t seem to have worked out well. It’s very disappointing as I had purchased a car when it was Don Davis Honda and recently from Ziegler Honda. I am not too thrilled about this Northtown service and will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope that you improve your customer service training and rethink your pricing as well for future customers. I am a big fan of the Honda brand and I have never been this disappointed about service in the 18 years that I have owned a Honda vehicle.
