I brought my car to North town Honda, in high hopes my issue would be resolved considering the dealership i bought it from stated they could not fix the issue and recommended me taking it to North town, i brought my car in on Monday morning 11/11/2019 for my check engine light being on along with other multiple lights coming on my dash, they had my car for two days, and persisted on telling me nothing was wrong with my car, and that they cleared the codes. i was confused on why codes were cleared but nothing was done to fix the actual problem. If you clear a check engine light, and after driving so many miles it comes back on if nothing was fixed. I specifically stated i did not want to take my car back home if i was going to drive it and the light to come back on, the next day 11/13/2019 my check engine light came back on. i was charged a diagnostics fee for something that was not even resolved. if nothing is wrong with my car why is my check engine light coming back on? I could not use my car starter because your car shuts off automatically when your check engine light is on and its freezing and snowing, i also was given a loaner car for the one day they had it, it was dirty and had the gas light on in it, and now i have to leave work early today 11/14/2019 to bring it back to them. i am very unhappy with my services here and i really hope something can be resolved today, maybe even my money back considering something is clearly wrong with my vehicle and nothing was done about it.

I scheduled an oil change for Wednesday, June 26 at 5:15pm. I got to the dealer and they got started with the oil change. They then notified me that the drain plug threads in the oil pan stripped when they pulled it out (I changed the oil last, I probably tightened it too much). So they quoted me for an oil pan change (a quote that didn't include the oil change when I asked for a quote for everything). The guy said that even though there were no available appointments for Friday, June 28, to come in Friday anyways as they might be able to get it done. Keep in mind, I had already scheduled an appointment for the next day 5:30pm. I came in Friday after work and was basically told we won't get to your car until tomorrow. I wasted my time coming in only to be told that it won't be done. I came back the next day and picked up my car and the bill was almost $200 more than the quote three days ago. They said it was partly because the original quote didn't include the oil change which I was told on Wednesday it was a quote for everything. They also broke two spring bolts on the exhaust they had to remove and they made me pay for that. They even said they would wash the car for free (and it was on the bill) and it was not washed when I got there. Even after having it washed, the car still came out dirty. Overall, I was extremely annoyed and disappointed with this dealer and service department. Don't take your car here!

I came in on Monday, July 2, 2018 for a car inspection. I arrived, and they didn’t have me down for an appointment that day. Instead they had me down for an appointment on July 18. When I originally called to make the appointment the call center staff notified me that I already had an appointment on July 18, which I never made. She was supposed to change it to July 2. Clearly, she did not. The customer service staff at the location was not that helpful and couldn’t accommodate me. They basically said that they can’t guarantee that I will be seen today. I was off of work and that is why I had made the appointment. It was simply an inspection for a 2015 Honda that is well maintained, it shouldn’t have taken long. I ended up making an appointment with your competitor who took me right away and only took 25 minutes to complete the inspection. I am also unhappy at the clear price difference between Ziegler Honda and now Northtown Honda. I had recently been there (about a month ago) for routine service work and spent way too much money on basic services (alignment; oil change; rotation and more). This transition doesn’t seem to have worked out well. It’s very disappointing as I had purchased a car when it was Don Davis Honda and recently from Ziegler Honda. I am not too thrilled about this Northtown service and will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope that you improve your customer service training and rethink your pricing as well for future customers. I am a big fan of the Honda brand and I have never been this disappointed about service in the 18 years that I have owned a Honda vehicle.
