I had my car serviced today and entered the property that had signs up advising the wearing of masks by employees and customers. I was totally disappointed to see the service techs in the service area not wearing masks, maintaining less than 6 feet between them when talking, in and out of the cars without wearing a mask and without gloves. I was in the waiting area and members of the sales team were in and out, for water, with their mask hanging below their chin. It is time to re-do the training and have your team do their part in preventing the spread of the virus. This was the poorest support of employee and customer safety that I have experienced. Does management and their team understand the serious possibility of a return of the virus due to loose standards at this facility?

Our management team will discuss this with our employees and will stress to them that it is imperative that they wear their masks property at all appropriate times. It is our responsibility to keep our customers and employees safe. We want our customers to feel that we are doing everything we can to eliminate the spread of the virus, as well as making them comfortable while they are here. It was such a relief to be serviced so professionally and kindly when I was dealing with a problem I am not used to having to handle.
