I came in this morning and I meet with a women where her customer services was bad today I’m regular customer that always purchase for the store but today was not treated like high respect I said good’morning twice and the lady didn’t say nothing back very rude!!
I always feel more than welcomed when I bring my Kia in for any type of service! This am, I dropped my car off, and Rick and Steve were wonderful! I had originally brought it in for just a 15,000 mi check up and an oil change. Steve had informed me that I had 2 recalls on my Kia Sorento ( that I was unaware of !) This is why I will always go back to Northtown for all my future car needs. Most importantly they listen to the customer, and they are on top of what is going on with your car, even when you're not! Props to this dealership for making their customers #1!!!
