Great experience working with James Capuana. He was very patient as we test drove many cars and answered all of our questions honestly. We feel very comfortable with the purchase of our Forte and he didn’t come off as a high pressure salesman. Best part was he made the whole transition very smooth and we were not there for hours. My daughter and I love our Sportage and Forte so much that we went back this month and got two more! Gave my old Sportage to my high school graduate so we are now a full-blown Kia family! Also love the customer service, friendliness and professionalism of everyone at Northtown Kia. (for the first time in my life I almost enjoy taking my car in for service!) James Capuana was excellent to work with! He returned my phone calls and emails in a timely manner, was very knowledgeable and most importantly didn’t act like a “car salesman”. He was honest and friendly and made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Northtown Kia and James… I will be back!

Excellent service from John and mike could not have asked for a better experience. Very happy with how smooth it was to purchase a car from Northtown. I purchased my 2017 Kia Sorrento last year and I love it !!! when I went to my mechanic for inspection I was told I needed 4 new tires as well as front and rear brakes. To say the least I was surprised after a year if driving. I called Kia and the person in the service department advised me that a manger would call me back. Eric Wilson called back later that day. I cannot say enough about the customer service I was given and the ease of the experience and resolution of the problem. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at this location and feel confidant that you will always be given the customer service after you leave the lot !!!

I came in this morning and I meet with a women where her customer services was bad today I’m regular customer that always purchase for the store but today was not treated like high respect I said good’morning twice and the lady didn’t say nothing back very rude!!
I always feel more than welcomed when I bring my Kia in for any type of service! This am, I dropped my car off, and Rick and Steve were wonderful! I had originally brought it in for just a 15,000 mi check up and an oil change. Steve had informed me that I had 2 recalls on my Kia Sorento ( that I was unaware of !) This is why I will always go back to Northtown for all my future car needs. Most importantly they listen to the customer, and they are on top of what is going on with your car, even when you're not! Props to this dealership for making their customers #1!!!
