Worst customer service experience of my life. The only reason I will ever return to this dealership is because of the vehicle warranty. Other than the Jetta I purchased, I have zero positive things to say about this dealership. Couldn't pick up my car because it was the salesman's day off. Day I picked the vehicle up, air cover came off and was rubbing on the fan belt, and car was dirty. Called to make a service appointment the same day, they had no availability until the following week. Brought it in for service, they had it for three days, during which I received no updates. I finally called, and the services department told me it had been ready the same day, but failed to notify me. They agreed to bring me the vehicle at work, great! I got it and the interior was still dirty! I've now had the vehicle for three months, check engine light came on. Made a service appointment online. Brought it in at scheduled time, but no service techs available!!! Even with an appointment!!! Had to make yet another appointment for next week! If zero stars were possible, that's what they would get!

Last year my wife purchased a vehicle maintenance package which included 3 oil changes. On 4/23/18 she dropped off her 2014 Prius for the second of the 3 oil changes. While she was there, your representative mentioned that the brake fluid appeared to be a little low and it could be added to for "a couple bucks". My wife agreed to that. Three hours later, when she picked up our vehicle, she reviewed the invoice and was shocked to see a charge of $170.90 for a brake flush service. The invoice indicated that the "customer requests brake flush". My wife emphatically denied that she authorized the "brake flush" and became very upset. It appears that the service department tried to take advantage of an older gray haired woman. She was never given a quote of $130 for labor and a total of $170.90 for service. We are VERY disappointed in the way she was treated. At this time we are not sure if we will be returning for our third oil change in our maintenance package, but one thing for sure is we will NEVER buy or lease a new or used vehicle from any Northtown dealer again!

My technician Steve Garvey was extremely helpful and accommodating over the weekend with servicing my car. He was very easy to work with. I only bring my vehicles to Northtown for service and it's employees like Steve that keep me coming back!

I received excellent customer service from Steve at the counter and the driver for the shuttle service. They were both friendly and took care of my vehicle service in a timely fashion
